Shifting All Corruption Blame to Rajapaksas Lets the Real Culprits Escape – MP Namal Rajapaksa

MP Namal Rajapaksa has stated that blaming the Rajapaksas for all corruption cases allows the real culprits to escape accountability. He urged the government to put an end to political revenge and focus on identifying and taking action against the actual wrongdoers.

Speaking to the media today after appearing before the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) to provide a statement regarding the Airbus procurement scandal, Rajapaksa emphasized the need for fair and impartial investigations.

“I was summoned to provide a statement regarding transactions related to the Airbus procurement. Even though today is a holiday, I still appeared before the authorities and fully cooperated with their investigation,” he stated.
